    I purchased my alien ware about a year ago. I have an Alienware 17 Laptop and the back lighting is not working. I go to AlienFX and change colors and it will pop up for about 5-8 sec then it will go away i have also tried pressing Fn+ F10 and that doesnt work any help would be greatly appreciated.

    nothing to worry about ... is a driver problem ( uninstall the command center and install it again )
