P.S: I have windows 10 aniversary update... and I7 6700HQ, GTX 970m, 8gb ram. and HDD

Just need to double check, what WLAN card do you have and the driver version?
Do you have any problems with your WLAN card lately eg: random disconnects? -
A couple more questions....
Which Nvidia driver version are you running?
Do you use the Graphics Amplifier? If so, which version of the software are your running?Last edited: Aug 23, 2016 -
killer network last driver Version: 1.1.62.1727 , yes, when disconnected from a network displays a window dialog
Nvidia too last driver 372.54
not use Graphics amplifier.. but the dell page download the last driver yesterday 3.0.7 -
Ok I'm highly suspecting the latest Killer driver is causing some issues now. Right after updating sometimes my wifi will just randomly disconnect and my WLAN card will be disabled, enabling it from network manager won't work, it will remain disabled. If i choose to restart it will take a long time, stuck at the shutting down loading screen, and end up with a BSOD with driver_state_power_failure error. I'm not even on the Anniversary Update yet.
Will roll back to the previous driver today and see how it goesLast edited: Aug 23, 2016 -

Do report back if it solves your problem, I'll do the same.
In the mean time I will open a new thread to see if this is a wide spread issue (driver related), or just an isolated case (various contributing factors) -
