    Hey guys a tech came out did a relate and not I have no mic and no speakers they are not even showing up in the control panel any ideas ?

    He must've forgotten to attach the cable. Call Dell and ask them to send you another tech.

    Where is the cable for the speakers and microphone I looked underneath and saw the speakers plugged into the sideboard there but didn’t see anything else not plugged in
