Hey guys, I hear all about people buying a backpack to carry their 17" around, but no one mentions anything such as carrying a book or two for the class you're going to?
Is this possible? I just wanted to make sure I could carry my notebook+ 2-3 things for class that I may need.

I have a Victorinox "Brock" backpack that would probably be suitable for that function.

Roomy and it should work!
Also, the Swiss Gear Pegasus would work:

Hope that helps!

I considered this one when I recently bought a new bag. Looks like it has enough room for what you are talking about: Backpack

NgCir that is a great looking bag...sadly it doesn't fit the upcoming APm17x that i ordered. thing is big..16.5 x 11.5 x 2

They do have one that'll probably fit it with dimensions of: 16.5"x12"x1.8", but its pricey and not as nice a design imo. LINK. I used one of their backpacks to lug around a Sager D900t for years, and it served me well. Whatever bag you end up getting you'll need some support lugging all that weight around. -
You may even want to check out www.ebags.com...they have a great assortment of backpacks, and at some reasonable pricing!
