    17" wide LCD screen

    Anyone knows if anything like that exists. I cannot seem to find any 17" in wide screen aspect. Kind of weird! :eek:

    As far as I know widescreen monitors start at 20" ive never seen one smaller then that.

    15.4" wide ... now that's a one of a kind!!!

    I thought some manufacturer would just use a notebook panel for such a thing!

    My WXGA+ is becoming too small, and I am not sure I want to use 2 screens with different sizes. I guess I'll try it out in the computer lab to see if it is too weird.

    I seem to remember that shuttle used to manufacture 17" wide LCDs for their XPC series, but I cannot seem to find such a product. I guess I just remember wrong :p

    Sony used to have a 17" widescreen/tv thing but i don't see it anymore

    I recommend a 19" widescreen then qwester. Virtually every 19" monitor I've looked at also runs at WXGA+ resolution.
