Just wondering if there are ANY notebook sleeves that will fix an 18.4" notebook out there.

Try Tom Bihn's soft sleeve... the 2XL size is a loose fit, but the 2XL Brain Cell (hard sleeve) works for my HDX18

Tom Bihn make awesome bags/sleeves :)
    Unfortunately the 2XL would most likely not fit some of the 18.4" notebooks such as the Asus W90 series. The 2XL specifics are 16.5" x 12" x 2.2" while the W90 is 17.7" x 13.2" x 2.5"

I seriously would not put 18,4 inch computers in the category of notebooks. >_< Maybe that's just me.
Anyhow, the 18'' is probably still too uncommon size for there to be a lot of sleeves on stock.
