I'm looking for a 19" - 21" external monitor. Preferably a 20". I'm going to buy a 17" laptop so a 19" monitor might be a little small in comparison. But not higher than 21" because the price increases a lot after that, and it is still going to be on my desk, with me 1 meter away from it at most.

So, what am I looking for?
    - Under the 100 euro. I might consider something around 110 euro, but only if it's really worth it. Every cent above the 100 euro should be highly justified.
    - LCD. We have a very "basic" LG LCD TV, and it still beats the crap out of those Plasma/LED monitors in my opinion. I want text to be sharp, not blurry like it often is with LED/Plasma. I also like the more "real life" colors of a LCD screen, instead of the more "fake" colors of a LED screen.
    - HDMI.
    - 1080p.
    - 16:9
    - Must be adjustable, but I guess almost all monitors are that.
    - A monitor that you can turn around 90 degrees. Not a must, but I'm certainly interested

I do not care about the response time. 8ms or below is totally fine.
