Hi guys,
I'm looking for a 19 - 20 inch LCD with 1920x1080 resolution and so far I couldn't find any. Most forums say that no one makes such resolution on 19 or 20 inch monitors.
For me this sounds little strange because you get laptop with 17 inch which has up to 1920x1080 resolutions for an example DELL Insipiron.
Okay, some of you may suggest that 1920x1080 is way too small for the eye, but adjusting font size on Windows is different matter and resolution is another.
Have any one come across anything at least closely match what I’m look for?
Thanks in advance,

I think there are a few 22" WUXGA LCD monitors out there.
The Lenovo ThinkVision L220x is an example.

i have been looing for the same kind of thing, although i have only found 22"s with 1920x1200, and they are very close to the same price as the 24"s with 1920x1200 res.

There are currently no 1920X1080 monitors that I am aware of. Widescreen computer monitors are 16:10 while HDTVs are 16:9 aspect ratio. 1920X1200 is a 16:10 res while 1920X1080 is 16:9. There may be WUXGA (that is the name of 1920X1200 resolution) in 19"-20" monitors, but like sheldon said, I can't seem to find any under 22" either.

I have been hunting for the same thing, I think it is BS that they can not produce an LCD at 1920x1080. I do not need a 24" $600 monitor I would like a pair of 20" 1920x1080 monitors at around $350-400 range. I need maximum screen real estate in minimum space.

The 24" 1920x1200 screens at www.newegg.com start for as little as $350.
I currently use a Gateway FHD2400... it was the best available at my local Fry's Electronics at the time I bought it. Vibrant color, 3ms response time, HDMI ports... cost me about $500 when I bought it last year. -
You do realize that the vast majority of TVs that are native 1080p are 30"+ and well over $1000, right? You do realize that a 20" monitor with WUXGA is going to have more pixels and higher pixel density than any TV on the market? And the same goes for the 24" monitor you are disparaging. Do you really think that it would be CHEAPER to have a higher density panel, which a 20" would have to be? Just think about this a second.
