So far, I haven't seen a docking station with a hard drive integrated in it. You'll need a USB3.0 docking station if you want video out and even then with all the other devices you may have hooked to it, you may see some choppiness during video playback for example. It shouldn't be a problem with a mouse and keyboard as well as audio, but during data transfers to external devices or network data transfers involving large amounts of data, expect to have problems with the available bandwidth. You're stuck with a USB3.0 dock anyways given the laptop you have in any case.

In short: the best you can do is a USB3.0 dock with an external hard drive hooked to it and under some rare cases, you'll likely run into bandwidth issues. Something like this would work: http://www.amazon.com/Targus-Dockin...23120&sr=8-3&keywords=usb+3.0+docking+station

you could also try the lenovo USB 3.0 dock, it comes with an integrated gpu on it, but there is no HD inside it

Well, then any of the two we suggested or other similar docks will do, they all have enough USB posts for that. It is the video outputs that limits you to USB3.0 due to bandwidth, you can forget display over USB2.0, not enough bandwidth.
