So, I have a 25 dollar gift card from Best Buy from Christmas 2008 to use up. (long time i know) The thing is though, I don't know what to spend it on. I mean, I kinda need a mouse as my current wired external mouse is breaking (at the part where the cord meets the USB plug, something's either loose or disconnected, so I have to wiggle the cord around in order for the mouse to turn on)

I just don't know what one to get, I don't want to spend more than 30 to 35 dollars, and the mouse can be either wired or wireless/bluetooth. I tried some "laptop" mice at the physical Best Buy store, and they are ok, although I wouldn't mind a full size one.

If you have a better idea than a mouse, feel free to post it, I want all the suggestions I can get! :D

    Thanks guys and girls! :)

Personally, I'd rather save up some some more money for something like an MX Revolution, or a Logitech G9, or even a Razer Mamba, but it's really up to you what you get.

Yeah, I would definitely pool all the cash that you can towards the mouse, and then add the $25 BB credit to that. If you want an awesome straightforward no-bull wired desktop gaming mouse, check out the Razer DeathAdder. It's $60 at Best Buy, so with your gift card you would need to come up with $35 cash.

Richard, depends on exactly you want to do with your mouse.
Is it your intent on "gaming" all the time? Or, do you just want a multi-purpose functional mouse.

Tomorrow the The Logitech V220 (in multitude of colors) is going to be on sale for $19.99 (Reg. $29.99). I don't know if that would interest you or not. It's def. not "full sized" and the dongle is long. It go's for around $25 at amazon right now.

It depends on how soon you need a new Mouse, also. :)
Right now, they just don't have anything really good on sale worth putting your GC towards.

Personally, I like the both the Logitech and MS brand of mice, as I bounce between both brands..

The VX450 is on sale now for a whopping $7.50 savings..
Same with the Microsoft Mobile 6000 (I think it's been cheaper). Nice mouse.

    Cin...

Thanks guys. :D Yeah BB's sales are pretty meh atm. I don't plan on using it for gaming much (if at all) but i want a mouse that has more buttons on it lol. I liked the way the 6000 felt when I checked it out. I'll keep all three of you guy's recommendations in mind. :D

    Thanks! (and +Rep)

Personally I use a Logitech V220, it's a wireless USB laptop mouse, but it works fine for me for fps gaming (counter strike source). I do have kind of small hands though, and the mouse doesn't have any frills like extra buttons. But if you just need a cheaper mouse that works and works well, I'd recommend it.
