I use my PC in my living room, I've been thinking it would be nice to be able to use my 360 controller as a mouse and use the messenger add-on for a keyboard. Has anyone heard of a way to do this? I think it would be very cool. It's not like I'm doing word processing or anything from my couch I just want to surf the net and stuff. What do you guys think?

Edit: here is a video of someone who has got it working...

This video is titled "How to use your XBox 360 controller on your PC!"

NOTE: I did not watch this due to the fact, I would PERSONALLY never do this, but thats just me.
You could just buy a wireless keyboard that has a touch mouse built in.

I just found a program called xpadder. its a freeware .exe you run, no installation, works great! I have mouse controls and standard Media and web browsing buttons all mapped to my wireless 360 controller. This program is really cool, you can map any button on the keyboard or mouse and its incredibly simple! Highly recommend for anyone. I don't have the messenger kit yet but I should by tonight, I'll let you know how it goes.
