    Hi,

Would you please help me choosing the right 3D monitor for my MSI-GT680 notebook (it has a HDMI 1.4 and GTX460M graphic card)?
I have some models to choose from and I don't know which one is recommended by you based on your experience. I expect to have some real 3D effect not something similar. It has to be good to play games and watch 3D HD movies.
The modeles from what I want to choose are (maybe you recommend some other models too?):
    1. Dell AlienWare OptX AW2310 3D Ready 23" FULL HD wide (AW2310)
    2. ASUS VG236HE 23'' LED 3D HDMI FHD 120Hz
    3. LG 3D D2342P LED DVI HDMI
    4. LG DM2350D-PZ 23'' LED TV CINEMA 3D FULLHD
Thanks in advance for your help.

The benq xl2410t and Alienware Tactx are probably your best bet on a 23" 3D monitor but someone else here recommeneded me the 27″ Acer HN274H. I have yet to purchase it but he said it is the best 3D monitor in terms of image quality and brightness. I am currently deciding wether to go with the Acer or a samsung 27" 3D monitor that doesnt require an Nvidia card for 3d (since im using ATI)

    Thx for quick answer...
If I go with an alienware then I have to buy the glasses... Do they have to be nvidia glasses to work with my nvidia graphic card?
Do this apply with the other manufacturers in terms of nvidia glasses?

If you can wait a while longer, pay a bit more, and be willing to try out something different you should look at the HMZ-T1, it should completely kill those screens for 3D gaming!

Im on an Acer HS244HQ bmii which supports 2 HDMI 1.4a 3D output.

I hooked up my PS3 and PS for 3d gaming and it works perfectly fine. With pc i had to use 3Dtvplay for nvidia along with a monitor driver, and everything works fine.

It supports 3d 720p@120hz and 1080p@24hz (for bluray 3d movies). Its a 24" panel, LED.

Definitely a thumb up for the monitor.

I received my monitor today- the Samsung S27A750D. Rally great. Glad I got it. Wanted it for the 120hz. Not 3D. It's crazy how smooth fps' feel now. Also insanely thin.
