Hello, I have got Lenovo Y510 775844Q. I need a battery. The shopkeeper said he has 57Wh and 4400 mAh battery. He told me to look at the old battery and chose either of them. But my old battery's label is already faded out to decide this.

Which one should I buy? What's the difference?

watt hours and milliamp hours are two completely different things... best bet would be to go to lenovo's website and search for parts for your laptop. it should give you a rating somewhere, i'd go off of that.

You need to know both the voltage and current capacity to know what is compatible. 57WHr = voltage x current capacity and, I suspect is 11.1V x 5200Ahr. So it will give longer battery run time provided the voltage and physical size are OK.
