    9 Cell Battery

    I just bought a T-410 ,they told me at the outlet store that it was new!. The battery was a 9 cell and it was supposed to hold a 8 hour charge. It will only hold a 3.5 to 4 hr charge. Am I nuts or what. The battery icon Never shows 8 hours . I exchanged tech support in Atlanta for another 9 cell battery and it still says the same 3.5 to 4 hour. Please help me. I am deaf and this is so frustrating. Is the computer bad or is it the operator, Comments would be helpful from you experts, Thanks Ratcat
