Check out this USB hub from Belkin. Its a really well designed hub, but a tad expensive.

IOGear, D-Link and Kensington also make USB hubs.

I second jetstar on that hub, I have one and its really nice, works well, and relatively compact.

I bought one of these hubs after having my hands burned on a £6.00 usb 2.0 high-speed hub from ebay, that did not work, i only got 1mb sec.

so i did a bit of research on a replacement, and bought this hub, and it is excellent.

I have an usb2.0 memory stick and i get 35mb sec read rate using hdtach when using the hub below and i bought it off ebay for £9.50 delivered.

7 Port USB 2.0 Aluminium HUB with Power Adapter

    regards.

    John.
