Recently the ac adapter for fujitsu laptop began to "chirp". It also stopped charging my battery. Any ideas on what would cause this? Or is it just an indication of its demise.

    Thanks,

What type of chirp? Blue bird, robin, black capped chickadee, ect?
    LOL
Sounds like you have a dead power adapter, get a new one.
