    Blowing cold air (from ice) cools a laptop down fairly well?

    As ajfountains said, I'd definitely be worried about the water droplets that are being entrained in the airflow of the cooler. It could potentially have adverse effects on the heatsink even if the water doesn't damage the laptop components.
