A person I know has this small, rectangular box made by CyberPower and he uses it in his car in the power outlet to charge his laptop. It has two outlet ports you can stick appliances into and it says 400W on the top. It looks like a power supply with the fan in the back encased in a gray box. I was wondering if the ASUS G53SW-XN1 has a separate car charger or if anyone knew of a product to be used in a car to charge this laptop.

I couldn't find the wattage of the AC adapter that comes with the G53SW-XN1 so I'm not sure if I should even try plugging in a car adapter if I bought one. ;D I'm worried I'll drain my car battery.

It's likely 120W. I went here and found exactly what I needed. I don't work for them but they were awesome and returned my email to them pretty quick. The charger works very well and does exactly what I needed it to do better than one I found on Amazon. Doesn't destroy itself if there's a low voltage supply, always a plus.

Hmm, the site says it's a 150W adapter. Pwr+ Laptop AC Adapter for Asus Asus G53SW

But I need a car adapter though. I don't see anything in the images that can plug into the car's outlet.
