Finally, I have my hands on my long awaited Aaxatech P2 projector after ordering it from http://www.aaxatech.com/products/p2_pico_projector.htm. For starters, the specs of this projector are as follows

    33lumens
    SVGA 800x600 resolution
    1GB onboard memory ;)
    built-in VGA connector

I think that's the important stuff. Anyways, on to pictures.

If you only had 1 of the first gen picos, you could get a decent image in 12-36" range in the dark. You'd then have a tendency to try to be content and think "Well, this is the best it can do" but when I put a gen 1 next to a P2, it's like wow...daaaaaaaaaang..wt......

Not much difference here at first look, just the P2 seems brighter and bigger.

Here you can see how the downgrading resolution shows on the first gen, it's blurry, vs how the P2 shows more clarity, esp in the txt!

Same thing watching Youtube. It's like you can see something on the screen with the first gen, but there's a noticeable improvement on the P2.

So, just for a little fun, lets see what the P2 can do with a 72" display.

    Enjoy! :D

Oh and in case this is of any pertinence, the laptop I use to connect my pico(s) is a Toshiba A305-S6857.

    Hello,
I currently work at a major television show in Los Angeles, CA. We are in desperate need of an AAXA P2 projector for 4 days in November. If you would be willing to rent us yours we would be more than happy to negotiate compensation. If you are interested please contact me.
