Has anybody got any experience with the SPDIF output on the ACER 5670? I've suceeded in connecting it to my home cinema system using an optical SPDIF connection but I'm thinking of getting Creative's MegaWorks THX 2.1 250D speaker system which has an electrical SPDIF input.

Does the 5670 output both optical and electrical SPDIF outputs through the 3.5mm "headphone" jack? If so, how? Is it aways outputing the digital stream on top of the headphone signal or do I have to change configuration? Also, ahat connector do I use (a mono 3.5mm jack?)

If this is not going to work, does anybody know of a 2.1 speaker system with optical SPDIF input?
