    Acer Aspire 5040 new back cover/lid

    Can anyone help I've searched all over and cant find a replacement lid/back cover for a 15.4 wide screen 5040. Sites I have found (that did sell them once) say no longer available.
    Have they stopped being produced by Acer? and if so does anyone know if I can mount the LCD inside another lid that will fit on the 5040 chassis. I need both hinge assemblies as well. Heres hoping! :) :)

    By the looks of it it's the same back cover that comes with Aspire 3020, 3040, 3610 and 5020.
    I promise you it's gonna break again- I was there with my 5020- it's just defective by design (the hinges are)
