any Acer P221W monitor users in the house? i would like to know if it is a good one.

i'm thinking of exchanging my SAMSUNG 2253BW one for this Acer because the samsung has a very loud whining noise everytime there's an input signal detected.

any of your info is very helpful.

    thanks in advance

I have an acer P221W, and I'm very satisfied with it. Good colors, good for gaming, but has only got a d-sub, no dvi or hdmi. I even play with my 360 on it. (with special cable)

I don't have that specific model, but I got the Acer AL2016WBbd, which just arrived at my house today.

I can't say anything about your model, but what I can say is taht so far, I've really been satisfied with my monitor. For Acer's LCDs, the price to quality ratio is amazing. The one I have is 20" wide screen and has 1 DVI and VGA inputs.
