    Alienware Netbook Portfolio

    The Alienware Portfolio keeps your M11x or Netbooks up to 11.25" protected due to the heavy duty 840D nylon exterior. The signature Alien Head icon on the front sets this bag apart from the crowd.

    * Lightweight design allows you to work right out of the case
    * Fits in any overhead or under any seat
    * Durable 840D Nylon
    * Rear file pocket
    * Padded shoulder strap, cushioned handle and easy-access wristlet offer 3 different ways to carry this case
    * Lifetime Warranty

    There are some higher quality pics of this somewhere in Alienware sub-forum.

    It does fit perfectly and all padding looks on the spot, but it looks like case for a business and not gaming laptop. Also the metal zipper on the top half looks like it could potentially scratch the surface of the laptop. :)

    I have one, just pissed off that the area on the bottom made for air flow doesn't line up with the fans on the bottom.

    That's what I was going to ask. Looks great, but wouldn't it heat up the m11x since the airflow would be poor?

    Awesome price. A iPad case costs that much!

    Desert> Is there space there for the air to find its way out the vents?

    Aww but it is heavy :eek:
    Haha, seriously I love the looks of it and ordered mine yesterday, comes in next Thursday :D
    I am such an Alienware FanBoy! I have two laptops, two carrying bags, one portfolio, a pen, 2 hats, 2 shirts, and my son owns the M15x cause of my umm obsession, lol :cool: Oh and I have sold two Alienware laptops, the mALX and the m15x!

    Today I was in Best Buy and a salesman comes up to me and says you are so cool :eek:! I said me?? :confused: He says "yeah that shirt is freaking awesome!". Then he suggested that I buy him an alienware laptop, lol. we talked for about 20 minutes about Alienware stuff and World of Warcraft. I really like that Alienware is a head turner :eek:

    I got the portfolio this week and I am not sure why you say it doesn't line up with the M11x for cooling purposes, as it does indeed with my lappy :D

    Hey Blazertrek, Im getting an M11x with the portfolio case here pretty soon and I was just curious as to what you thought about it (the case). Also, does it have enough room to fit a mobile mouse, like a razer Orochi?

    Edit: Another quick question... If it isnt big enough to hold the Orochi mouse, what kinda case would you recomend?

    Wow this case actually DOES NOT LINE UP with the fans. I ordered the binder and the mesh is down one side but not in the top corner. This is pathetic.

    It's on the same side, but the portfolio is just off a little bit with the vent.

    I do not understand how the case vents.. judging by the photos I have seen it all looks like walls of material.But, in the photo and online, there is this mesh vent that is suposed to not be in the right spot.. How does this intake vent expose itself to the outside air of the case? Again, it just looks like material on the outside(s).

    I don't see any mesh visable from the outside looking in.

    Also, does anyone have a photo of the outside looking in via this vent to show how much it does expose the vent to the M11x's intake?

    These photos are not scaled to my liking.. It really does no justice on how much venting is exposed to actuall openings. It is of the case.. and of the underside of the M11x. I can do that my self on the web.. Lets see one with it in place just off to the side say 2 '' to show the screen mesh next to the M11x so I can gestimate if no one will show a photo from the outside looking in .. for example.

    Thanks :)

    I am asuming this will also fit an M11x with the sleeve already on it?

    M11x--> sleeve--> this case.

    Is this case worth getting ?
    Will I be able to fit in the flat charger?
    Room for a slim External DVD?
    :)

    By the way.. the Link shot me to some "clickserve.cc-dt(DOT)com"

    Moblie Edge HERE

    AND the Sleeve is on sale at Amazon found here:Mobile Edge Alienware Netbook Sleeve - Notebook sleeve - 11.25" - black for $19.27.

    That's a pretty ugly case.

    The Alienware M11x looks fantastic. Use that thing caseless. Let that thing breathe free.
