What would you guys reccomend? These will be used on my laptop, 85% of the time for music. Good bass is needed. The question is, is the Logitech worth the extra 35-40 bux (90.00 totall) caompared to the 55 dollar Altecs? Thanks for any help
Edit. Altec Lansing VS4121, not 3121

There was a time when Altec lansing was as good as you could get in studio quality monitors. Key there is WAS. Altec makes some fair, cheap, plastic, reasonable speakers, overpriced for what you get. Creative, Logitech, Klipsh and several others make far superior products.

Are Logitechs worth more money than Altecs????

    One word!!! YES
