I should be getting a 15" T43p in a few days and I'm in need of a bag. I'd like it to be fairly light and also be able to hold files that I often have to cart around with me.

I have to keep the cost under $100 (boss says).

Could someone point me in the right direction?

eBags.com always has a good selection and coupons/discounts every week, check them out.

Under $100 is alot of play with ;)

I'd say, a good messenger bag with a sleeve should be under $90

Yeah, check out the Trager selection at eBags. I have a 'Courier', and it's the most comfortable bag I ever used. I highly recommend a courier-style, across the chest-style bag if you need to carry it around alot.

    So many choices!

My only concern is buying one online and then not liking it and having to send it back.

Should I consider a bag from Staples or Office Max? Are they decent?

I've got a leather Dell bag - not the same brand as my notebook..but who cares! Works great, lots of padding, and very sturdy. link!

Also try www.chromebags.com - nice selection of bags, good prices. Made of sail cloth.

I liked my crumpler bag (Cashmere blazer, messenger style) so much I bought the backpack version too (Beer Back), for when I am schlepping the laptop over greater distances.

    http://www.crumplerbags.com

Check ebay, order from photococan, excellent prices, cheap shipping rates.. Highly recommend that seller!

I don't mean to hijack thread, but why don't you like TigerDirect?

Crumpler bags are nice...the embarassment line is a nice messenger bag. Photococan from Ebay is a good place to buy from.

I found out why Photococan has such great Canadian shipping and NO customs..

They are in Vermont and they just cross the border and ship it via Canada Post!

And regarding TD, lots of bad things happened, faulty stuff they won't take back, RMA's gone wrong(Its been 3 months w00t!), etc.

    Probrably just me

    I found this bag:

    http://tinyurl.com/8pl6l

I really like it because there's plenty of room for files and it's really really light. I just don't like the color. I guess weight is the most important to me. I'm still looking for one similar.
