I got a T440S touch and the reflections are driving me crazy (yeah, shouldn't have gotten a touch. found out too late about the reflections). Is there any (inexpensive!) film I can put on the screen to turn it matte?

@mirelda many people recommend Photodon. They can send you cheap sample pack of your choice if you're not sure which film you want.

Want a true matte screen, you need to get one. Anti-Glare film won't get you the same performance or same outdoor viewability. And forgo the touchscreen.

Sometimes you just don't have that option.
