Any heat issues with shell or case on an Asus 1000HE?

Guys, since I haven't gotten any responses on the heat issue in my original thread, I'll start a new one with the same info. My question here is, if I use one of these, will I have any issues with the netbook getting hot while working with it and it's in the case or shell?

Guys, I plan on taking this netbook with me and keeping it in the car but I wouldn't mind some outside protection. I've found hard shells, skins of course and leather cases and some are even ventilated.

I would like to hear your ideas about pros and cons of the different options and if a shell or case will make it overhead then there's no point in getting one is there? (Rhetorical question)

I doubt I'll be on the computer for many hours at the time but just in case, I'd hate to have to take it out just 'cause it overheats. Most of what I'll do by the way will be surfing.

Note! I don't really want to get a case where I take the netbook out although I really should 'cause I hate trackpads and tend to carry a small mouse with me anyway. Mind you, I might get a small case for a mouse and velcro it to the case if I get one.
