if it fits 13" macbook then it will fit macbook air. obviously it's not going to be a tight fit so you may want to wait until everyone starts pumping out macbook air cases.

Yes, this is what worries me...

MB & MBA has same Length & width but not same height..

But its written that it fits both.. but sure they can make it fit better by lowering its height little..

    Thanks

What do u think if I get it and put like thick sheet over it then put the charger over it, so I carry both in small sleeve... Do u think it would work or hurt the MBA in anyway ?

    Thanks

you will likely damage your screen if your put the ac adapter together with your macbook air. don't worry there will be tons of options out there once your macbook air arrives.

i am travelling on 19Feb so i need 1 b4 i go, and this is the best looking one ive seen so far plus good protector, so i need to order 1 this week!!

I think first store that should offer one is Apple Store, strange how they dont offer sleeves and bags with apple logo on.. They will be expensive and make good money from :)

they probably want as much 3rd party support as possible. it gives them free promotion for apple products.

if i were you and money isn't a concern i'd go with tom bihn ( www.tombihn.com) or waterfield bags ( www.sfbags.com). it's the least you can do for your new macbook air :)

I checked them all, but Booq was the best looking one to me!
Belkin also has good looking one but still coming soon..

I just found this site, which has also nice stuff, but they didn't show the MBA one yet, but the site is too expensive anyways..

You can customize it also, and even write text or put graphic on them :)

shrug i didn't really like the look of booq vyper in person but looks are subjective. i don't think it'll make much of a difference in terms of protection. it'll protect you from scratches and stuff but if you drop it on the floor it wont really make much of a difference whatever sleeve you use you know?

Unless your SSD carries with it it's own personal force shield then that's not gonna have much to do with you cracking the casing of the laptop if you drop it hard enough. You wouldn't have the laptop running while inside of the sleeve anyways so even a regular hard drive would have its heads parked.
