Yeah, looks cool and stuff but monster has a terrible reputation when it comes to sound quality, their stuff is usually overpriced and overrated.

Looks cool, but at that price range could definitely go for way better audio quality.

Get these: Sennheiser HD280 for $99. There's a reason why they're rated 5 stars with 743 reviews, quality and longevity. Another good choice is the Sony MDR-V600. Without going to monitor headphones those are two of the best sets made.

Looks like the Dre Beats just redesigned with TRON trims.

Id rather grab the Beyer DT990's or Sennheiser 598's for cheaper

I wanted them from the promo shots, but the show floor shots shows the LED effect in 'real life' and they looked kind of janky. A shame.

Yeah i love ultras one, IMO they offer a much better alternative to the mainstream Beats/Monster crap, they have awesome tight bass that blows the beats out of the water. I got the cheaper HFi 580s along with an E11 amp myself, hoping to get the 900s someday, but they're quite expensive, not only 300$ for the headphones but they need a decent DAC/Amp too. So I am gonna end up spending 500$.
