hi, i'm in canada and i'm looking for a good and cheap keyboard/mouse bundle. i am looking around for 1 that needs about 3 feet range since i'm going to be using it as a desktop replacement.

i don't mind having one with short range but i don't want one that loses the connection every 10seconds or have to change a new battery every 5min

i do not want to buy a bundle in USD, only in CAD.

i found 2 logitechs, one is i think LX110 and other is LX3something. first is $12 and second is $15. any better deals?

Logitech will usually have the most bang for its buck, so I would go for the logitech.

I snagged a cheapo logitech set off newegg for my htpc for like $15 a few months back. Works well but range not the best for htpc use. guess it would be perfect for you though.

so i agree with above find the good etailers that deliver to your area and look for a logitech.

I also concur with logitech. I bought the model S510 two years ago and it still operating fine.

I've dropped the keyboard (small chip on the end) and the mouse man times--as well as let it get wet--and to my surprise everthing still works fine.

In addition, I got it during a $20 holiday rebate sale from Radio Shack! :)

Like everyone else has said Logitech is the way to go. I've only used two or three wireless boards and mice, but out of those the Logitech one seemed to have the best battery life.
