It's a very good mouse if it's just for desktop use and no gaming. If you plan on gaming, no no. Just for average use, then yes.

Note that it's wireless which means it'll use batteries and that can sometimes be annoying.

    Wireless?

I just bought the MX518, it'll come in on Wednesday, so i'll review it then, but it's seen as the classic and classics gaming mouse. It's wired. If you wanted wireless, the logitech G7 is a wireless laser mouse, but if you're casually gaming, it'd be perfect.
