The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I can't seem to find much information on it and it looks like only Best Buy sells it.

    Yes, tried it, used it, went ohh ahh sounds great, and returned it to Best Buy (who BTW when I talked to them at least said that a LOT of people return it) basically while it says upto 5 hours of life, I'm not sure what mythical laptop that's based on, my laptop it gave an extra 30 minutes or so of life (admitedly mine is a power hog) my work laptop I think it added almost an hour, but given the weight and cost it just didn't seem worth it to me.

    Circuit City used to sell it, not sure if they do anymore.

    Wow, if it only would give 30mins to 1 hr thats not even worth it, might as well just buy an extra laptop battery instead.

    i heard it gives almost 5 hours for every computer...best buy sells these things like beasts
