    This is the box which my amazon order arrived in, and I couldn't find the eartip cleansing tool anywhere.

    After watching a few more unboxing/review videos I found that the black box one has the L shaped plug and comes with the cleaning tool. The weird thing is, one of the unboxing showed the blue box one also came with the cleaning tool, while the other one showed it does not.

    I contacted amazon and the rep said he will inform the market department and refund me for now. Confusing ;<
