    Hello,

    I was just recently passed on this TV tuner from a friend and it comes with everything including the CDs, I installed the programs on the CD but it still doesn't seem to work? Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have the USB Dongle plugged in also and I had a search online but there wasn't much help. Thanks.

    Try using it with a Media software, such as Windows Media Center, or some open source software like MediaPortal, GB-PVR, MythTV, etc.
