my issue is the damn devices will randomly lose connection for...as far as I can tell no reason and I am absolutely at my wits end with it I have a high end gaming PC I build and have troubleshooted everything with with minimal assistance, but I cant for the life of me figure this out

Use a USB keyboard and mouse. Find room to do it. Otherwise put up with it.

Well bluetooth works at 2.4ghz, wifi runs at 2.4ghz home dect cordless phones at 2.4ghz so there is a good chance your bluetooth is loosing the connection because of interference.

turn your notebook wifi off, also turn off your router and then unplug your dect phone if you have one, now try your bluetooth see if it works ok, if it does one of your device is interfering with it, turn them back on, one at a time to see if you can identify the culprit.

other things can interferer also like microwaves, some new gas electric meters have wifi, your next door neighbors devices.

I had something similar where my Bluetooth mouse works for a bit then after a while it just stops. In the end I was able to pinpoint the problem with my Bluetooth module turning itself off to "save power" so I disabled this feature completely.

Prevent the Bluetooth module from turning off by going to the Device Manager, point to your Bluetooth device, right-click Properties and then in the Power Management tab untick "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" to see if that helps.

EVen if I had the room, which I dont, the desire to do this, which I dont, and the needed devices for it, which I dont. I still couldnt cause the thing doesnt even have USB ports unless it was plugged into the base. Which im not doing cause...again I dont have room. Thanks for the "help" though.

I run alot of wireless but im skeptical this is the problem since these are quite literally the only 2 devices that have issues (including other bluetooth devices)

Giving this a try. Thanks it was something like this I was looking for but I wasnt sure where Id be able to locate such a thing.

Yes, do make sure power management is off when using Bluetooth keyboards and mice, bet this helps solve the issue.
