I've seen some pro and enthusiast musicmaking systems on the 'post your room' so I figured I'd drop in a question here as well as asking elsewhere.

Currently I use an Audient Centro to control the audio output switching in my home office. But I've simplified and cleaned up the room a lot over the last year and I no longer want, to be honest, a mini Starship Enteprise control panel on my desk (the control unit for the Centro used to be in my previous desk arrangement, before I got in a proper joined-up desk arrangement. I abandoned the Centro once, realised I needed it again and didn't bother to install it *in* the desk this time around). Plus I have fewer computers around. The Centrol is just too sophisticated for the current job and it's in the way.

I'm in the process of shuffling around some computers at the moment, but I envisage having two laptops (connected via Firewire to pro audio cards) and one desktop (ditto) that I would want to hook up to the switch, all stereo. And I want to switch the output between a (stereo) powered monitor and a (stereo) headphone amp - and while the headphone amp can act as a preamp and I can 'chain' the two, I'd ideally like the ability to switch the output between the monitor and the headphone amp.

And I just want it to be as simple as possible, something that can be stuck out of the way towards the back of the desk area, but be easy to control - wireless remote control might be nice.

I was for example looking at something like this:
4 Way Stereo Audio Switcher with IR remote Control: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo

But it only has one output.

Anyone have elegant solutions for something like this?
