I'm sure most people are familiar with the fact that Windows 7 allows themes in which the background constantly changes every once in a while automatically. Does anyone know how I can have two separate themes active simultaneously? I'd really like to have my monitor running it's own theme while I have another one on my desktop.

Try a program like Ultramon or DisplayFusion.

I use Display Fusion on my triple monitor setup and I do think it lets you set each monitors background. It can change with a hotkey, or on a timer, and then it can be a list in order or a list random.
