After the death of my lovely hippo booms...
I now have cruddy apple imitator earbuds so its hard to enjoy music with such low quality :c
I'm in the search of a new pair of headphones (preferred over-ear cans) and found the Sennheiser 428's on sale for 40$. Are they worth it? Is there a better pair around that price range?
If they are really good, then I will enjoy them even more after using this s**t earbuds.
Thanks and have a nice day buds![]()

JVC HA-RX900. I was recommended these by several people at Head-Fi for that same budget, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Oh I forgot to say that I'm a bass head but still want to have overall good quality.
Also, any recommended cases for these bad boys? -
ATH-M30's should be great. Their $100+ big brothers are the top rated cans on Amazon. If you want exaggerated bass and don't mind something kinda silly-looking there's the XB500's.

I'll check some reviews later on the M30s to see if they live up to their brother's reputations
There's just so many options I don't know which to choose :-: -

Or very simply just check out this graph made by the thread starter at Head-fi.

I think I'm going to go with the Superlux 668b's
Well if I can find them online!
