I really don't like the looks of that thing. I guess a part of that is an age-thing, part of a type-thing.
To me it looks like it's trying to be a tribal-tat. Only mass-produced. And a bag ...
The straps looks like they're made from cheapo thin nylon. Nothing wrong with nylon – Cordura is nylon - it's the thin and cheap part I don't like.

I prefer to have a "normal" sleeve and then whatever bag I choose to use on a given day. I find that dedicated computer bags (backpacks, messengers et al) quickly becomes a matter of cramming as much pockets in there as possible in an effort to "keep things organised", but they rarely achieve this, simply because they forget the KISS principle. Also, they tend to be really heavy because of all that complexity and therefore have to use cheap zippers and thin materials.

I like rugged leather as the sort from www.saddlebackleather.com and many of the things from www.redoxx.com.
I do have some cheap-material nylon bags, but their priced matched the materials used.

    or, Pegasus:
    http://www.amazon.com/PEGASUS-Swiss...1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1239638258&sr=1-1

    or, Maxxum:
