Well I bought myself a Samsung NC10, and now I am looking for a very compact Bluetooth compatible mouse to go with it. I don't mind smaller mice as my hands aren't that big, and my backpack (which I will be lugging it around in) is already rather full. Sturdiness is a plus, though generally I'm pretty careful with my devices. I'm willing to pay premium for size and battery endurance, but I really don't need gaming precision on this mouse. I'll be using it for hours of internet browsing and office suite apps. Speaking of applications, I do not need presentation buttons, back buttons, zoom sliders, etc on it; just 2 buttons and a scroll wheel. Thanks for any suggestions!
Overview of desired features:
- Compact
- Bluetooth
- Scroll wheel
- Automatic sleep when not in use
- Rechargable power cell prefered, though I can just use rechargable AAs if needed.
I've been using a VX Revolution with it, but that's a bit larger than what I'm looking for, plus not BT. Oh let me just chime in on the Samsung NC10 being a great little netbook! If you look at my name, you can probably guess what color I got![]()

Hope that helps!

There goes Cin again pimping her Microsoft BT 5000!
That's ok, it is a very good one.
As for as mobile mouse go, I think it is hard to beat the VX Nano. Yeah it isn't BT, but the adapter for it is very small. I've been very happy with mine the four months I have owned it. -
I have both the v270 and the microsoft mouse cin posted. The logitech feels bigger in your hand than the microsoft one does, but the microsoft feels more comfortable.

Brncao: Yep, it does have built in bluetooth. I'm looking to buy a new, not used, mouse though. Not sure if the one you are offering is new! If it is, what model?
Cin: Thanks for the good suggestions, I like the look of the MS mouse as a moderate sized BT option. However, I'm looking for something extra small... a mini mouse as I mentioned in the post title. I'm a fan of both logitech and MS mice, they've always worked as advertised for me by-in-large.
atbnet: Hehe, I've seen Cin's post about her MS mouse when I was looking around before posting here. I do like MS mice and have used a number of them. As for the VX Nano, I saw that and it looks promising as I like the scroll wheel on their mice, which I've had no problems with so far. However, the "free spin mode" of the wheel does lose its zip after a month or two of heavy use I've found, and the size of the mouse itself is still a little bigger than what I had hoped for... but definitely a good contender if I can't find a suitable mini.
nizzy1115: Thanks for the personal imput! Having it feel small in my hand is not an issue, though I do have smaller hands so I can get away with it easier too... and MS usually makes pretty comfy mice. -
It's new and never opened. Here's the link http://www.targus.com/US/product_details.asp?sku=AMB03US

Brncao: After looking around at reviews and the specs of the mouse you're offering, I'm afraid I'm going to go ahead and pass even though you are offering a good deal.
Cin: Once again good suggestions, they got me digging deeper and I think I might have found a mouse I'd like to try....
*****I might turn this mouse into a guinea pig: *****
The E-blue Pequeno.
Product for sale here at affordable price.
There are sellers in the US that I could buy from but they charge double this price. Googling this seller seems to point to reliability.
Product specs from manufacturer
It's *very* small, isn't bluetooth but has an unobtrusive dongle, recharges, has 2 buttons and a scroll wheel, and automatic sleep. With the exception of BT those are the qualifications I was looking for, and the BT was just to avoid having a USB dongle having to be removed every time I pack my netbook away. This one looks like I can leave it in and still fit the case.
I normally only buy from the most well known mouse brands, but I'm going to give this one a shot I think. I found reviews via google that seem to say it's a good mouse if your hand isn't sensitive to its size. If you have any suggestions for something similar from a big name brand, let me know. Thanks! -
Hey there!
NP...I actually like looking at all different types of BT Mice, anyways!!
Must be the accessory geek in me! LOL
That looks to be a nice little mouse you found there!
If you get it, let us know how it works out for you!
