I've been looking for a backpack for my Asus M50 and have pretty much narrowed down the choices to a couple of Swiss Gear, namely the Pegasus the Synergy and maybe the Marlet.

Here's the spec for the laptop, 14.2" * 10.5" * 1.1"-1.6" . I'm looking to carry all of the electronic gears (AC adapter, portable HD, mouse, cables) along with some magazines and a couple of books.

I have some questions for the all of the backback models named above ...

Will my laptop fit in the Synergy or the Marlet?
Is the Pegasus too big of a bag for just a 15.4 lappie and what I would be carrying?

Any comparable alternative in the same price range? Around $50-$70 dollar?

    Thank you.

I've been through that site, and they don't offer the Swiss Gear stuff.
