So... I saw kuram's thread and that reminded me I could use a laptop backpack. So yeah, I have a Dell Inspiron 1501, which is a 15.4" widescreen notebook if you didn't know. I'm in high school, and last year I carried a lot of my stuff around with me in my pack, which was convenient in a way (but heavy!). I would like to not have to have a seperate bag for my laptop, but I really don't want my 1501 getting banged around with my books. Know of any good backpacks that would keep my 1501 nice and safe and still have room for books?

    Thanks.

The SwissGear Synergy is indeed a good optio, very popular in this forum. You could also look at the High Sierra Access.

I just ordered a Kensington Contour backpack for my T61. There is a review on it somewhere here on notebookreview, it has a really good back support system which is great if you carry around a lot of stuff. I ordered mine from dell.ca for only $34.99! + it comes with a wireless mouse also, the deal is still active. The same bag alone was $83.99 at futureshop.
