I'm basically looking for the most comfortable and light "over the head" headphones that can be worn for hours without fatigue. So far, I've come across these 2 headphones and was wondering if anyone had any experience with either one. I don't want to sacrifice too much in terms of audio quality, but comfort is still the top priority.

those sonys are gonna be pants. anything that has "extra bass" and "sony" written on the same bit of paper as £39.99 is gonna sound terrible.
have a look at koss portapros. very light weight, cheap, and a decent sound.

    dunno anything about the B&O.

other alternatives are sennheiser px200. or sennheiser HD515/555's.

B & O make some of the best speakers in the world, but I'm not sure if it translates to their headphones; and the ones in the photo aren't over-the-ear? Sony also makes a highly rated noise canceling headphone, but I haven't read any reviews of the model you show. If I were in the market for headphones, I'd go with one that offers a money back guarantee. Bose NC is one that does that.

i would avoid the sony ones, extra bass probably means bloated thumping.
i don't know about the b&0 phones though, i haven't heard of the model, they are not a big player in headphones.

The B&O phones sound like crap compared to the AD700

Check out Denon D1000 as well. I own the D2000 and they are truly world-class.
