    My wife has one - strap is removable, and I'm pretty sure there are regular handles on it as well.

    **Edit - just went to amazon.com (where I ordered the one for my wife) and they have additional pictures - yes it does have regular handle as well. And, its a little cheapter on their site**

    i have a brand new belikin 15.4 inch bag its the ne one with the padded laptop seleve also, unfortunatly not big enough so looks like ill either sell it or stuff it in a cupboard
