Best 12.1 inch case?

I just bought an HP tm2t last night (12.1" diagonal). Dimensions are 11.9 in (L)x8.7 in (W) x 1.03 in (min H) / 1.55 in (max H).

What's the best 12.1 inch case you can recommend? I'm looking for something sleek/understated/elegant so neutral colors would work best. Nothing too bulky too since I'm only 5 ft tall. Also, not sure yet if I want a case or bag, and what material (neoprene, etc.)

Do you want a "sleeve" (no handles, more to protect).
Or a Case/"Sleeve" with handles (some w/straps)..like the first (Case/Logic)

I like the Neoprene ones, for me they provide what feels like good protection.

Meritline, makes some good priced sleeves, cases ~ without having to spend $$, I have purchased a few from there.

Not to threadjack...but hey Cin' got any recommendations for a 11.6 laptop? It's the acer 1410.

If you will always put your laptop in another bag, I'd get a normal sleeve. If not, I would highly recommend getting one with handles. It's a pain to carry a machine in just a sleeve, speaking from experience

I use the Maspedition Last Resort Attache case. It is Camo and looks and works great. Heavy duty canvas yet light weight. It fits my 11" 1410 Acer and has room for lots of other things if I need it. It is the perfect masculine laptop bag.

 

Yep! a 13.3" sleeve with some room to pad it would make a perfect 12.1" case
