    I bought a targus and it's working so far. Mine is a Targus XL but I don't think Dell offers it. I got it form Besy Buy. Most of the ones I saw form the link you posted were for 15.4" laptops but it's possible that some of them will fit a 17". If you don't go with Targus, I would recomend one of the Mobile Edge backpacks on page one of the backpacks. They seem to be well designed.

    The Mobile Edge Premium backpack fits a 17" computer very nicely. It fits a lot of other stuff as well, and is very nicely made. However, since I need it for high school it's not really a bag that fits what I need so I'm looking to replace it.
