I am in the UK market for a 24" monitor with IPS. It should have a 16:10 ratio with 1920x1200 resolution. I intend to spent less than £200. Any recommendations?

The U2412M is pretty much the cheapest 24" IPS panel running at 1920x1200. This runs for about ~230GBP though so its slightly over your budget. Ebay may have some cheaper deals on used/refurbished items if you are williing to hunt around. Otherwise you are going to have to drop down to 1080p 23" panels if you want to come under your budget.
