    I'm sorry. I have to "double post" since I mistakenly wrote the first similar thread on the wrong forum.
    I'd like to know what your pick would be on the Best Gaming Headphones as far as a good balance of sound quality and price is concerned.

    Please include the brand, model, and the price of your choice.

    Here are some threads you can read; 1, 2, 3, 4. There are many, many more, but I can't post them all now can I? :p

    It is interesting, say for example the Beyer DT770s, that people consider them "cheat" headphones, as the sound stage and spacial awareness with them are such that they offer an unfair advantage in FPS multi-player sessions

    I don't game with headphones as I don't have full size cans and just use laptop speakers, although I am considering DT770s as well

    Best gaming headphones in my opinion are:

    Zalman 'Theatre 6' 5.1 Headphones (6 speakers):$55
    Senheisser PC160 2.1 Headphones (2 speakers): $65
    Razer Barracuda 5.1 Headphones (6 speakers + 2 subwoofers): $125

    I would check out reviews on these three.
