    Hey guys,

    My budget is under $100, but I'm looking to get a headset both for gaming and for vocals. I have some great poetic/intellectual rap written down that I would like to put to good use but I'm torn when it comes to headsets w/mics.

    I've been eyeing the 777 and Steelseries Artic (think it's Artic? something regarding winter rofl). Anyways, do you think those headsets would do the job?

    If not, what do you suggest?

    PS: Please don't suggest single mics because I don't want to purchase a headset AND a mic, just don't have $ for it nor the desire ;)

    I'll vouch for the 777. I had its stereo cousin, the 377, and quality was great for the price. I never had any issues with mic quality.

    Okay, thanks! I was on the brink of ordering the 777 but didn't know how good the mic quality was towards recording vocals ;) Thanks again for all your help and replies to my posts!
