Hey everybody! I'll keep this short and sweet.

I use a Logitech mx518. I play first-person shooters a la CSS, RPGs a la Oblivion, RTSs a la Starcraft, and MO's a la Diablo II. I am going to be an architecture student in the fall, doing a lot of graphic design.

I need a mousepad that is:
    1. Small. I move my mouse so little in Counter-Strike:Source and other shooters that I can plant my wrist and have done with it. I want this mousepad to be able to rest comfortably underneath my Asus G1S inside its Zeroshock sleeve for easy transportation.
    2. Firm. I want this pad to last a long time, so it would preferably be anodized aluminum or something of the sort. I was looking at the fUnc 1030 surfaces and they appear to be of perfect size, but they're not actually metal - does anyone know if that will significantly reduce their durability?
    3. Inexpensive. $20 is pretty much the highest I'll go here... I can get the fUnc 1030 for $13.95.

Models I have looked at are of the Steelpad and fUnc brands. If anyone has a recommendation (whether from these brands or from a different brand I've overlooked), please shout 'em out!

    Thanks for any replies!
